Indonesian legal system is infallible

The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) said death row convict Mary Jane Veloso may not escape executions despite new evidence presented in a related drug-trafficking trial in Manila.
AGO spokesman Tony Spontana said:

“She can propose again for clemency since such proposal is not limited."

It is like double jeopardy in reverse.

what is omitted by not being said is that Velosso could be found totally innocent in another country and her conviction and execution could occur in Indonesia.....and she could be executed and be proven innocent at the same time...and this asshole AG says she should apply for clemency....I am maybe not too smart but should she not receive a pardon and not the rest of her life in jail....

what am i missing...

Is it that the Indonesian legal system is infallible and can never admit a mistake...so Veloso is required to apologize for being innocent to avoid Indonesia and Joko losing face....what sort of monkey business do we have in play here..these clowns that are running the country need to be arrested themselves..how long can this geek tragedy be allowed to play..these politicians are so inferior to what the rest of the world has...they serve themselves and not the Indonesian population...its in your face corruption masked patriotism

there is a major point i forgot to mention...which is,,,

you can only apply for clemency if you admit your guilt....and asking Veloso to apply for clemency is getting her to get the politicians Joko and the AG off the hook by getting Veloso to admit her guilt...and then they would kill her to silence her...it seems they are offering her a poison chalice...ie apply for clemency...admit guilt when you are innocent and forfeit your life and we will be left squeaky clean
